All designs, code, and content created by EMERGINE TECHNOLOGIES remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services.

We reserve the right to terminate any service for breach of terms, non-payment, or misuse. Any such termination does not entitle the client to any refund.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in [Ahmedabad, Gujarat].
